I come to crowdfunding with a varied and exciting business background often working at the cutting edge. In book publishing, I managed the production team and negotiated with suppliers. With the arrival of the Australian tech boom I worked on digitising content and in telecommunications developing content ideas for mobiles. When the ebook revolution was dawning in Australia I managed the set-up of an ebook program for a major book publisher and wrote their first digital strategy.

In 2012 I wrote my first book Crowdfund it! This came about when I was asked by Editia Books to write a book. I chose to delve into the world of crowdfunding. With my experience I recognised its enormous potential. I work with selected crowdfunders to plan a strategy to maximise the success of their campaigns.

Crowdfunding is a revolutionary change and I'm excited to see so many creative and entrepreneurial projects use this as a springboard to fulfilling their dreams. It's hugely disappointing to see so many projects fail from lack of planning. I work with crowdfunders to build their crowdfunding strategy including: crowdfunding project presentation, video components, communications strategy (pre-campaign, during campaign and post-campaign), reward strategy.
